The Directorate of External Linkages (DEL) at the University of Okara builds and strengthens academic, industrial, and research partnerships nationally and internationally. It coordinates MoUs, institutional visits, faculty and student exchange initiatives, and collaborative programs that expand UO’s global academic footprint under the vision of the Vice Chancellor.
